WHOLESOME FLAVOURS

At Bellaria Hotel in Predazzo you will find excellent cuisine with a wide variety of creative dishes. Every day we propose a different menu that offers a choice of three first and three main courses, one of which is almost always a traditional Trentino dish and another light or vegetarian dish. The menu is accompanied by an abundant buffet of fresh and cooked vegetables and homemade bread. For our guests who suffer from food intolerances or celiac disease, we have a special menu with organic gluten-free products for all meals, including breakfast.

Our speciality is definitely our famous Strudel. Try some after dinner or for breakfast and, if you like it, you can place an order the day before you leave and take some of the flavours of Val di Fiemme home with you.
